He was predeceased by: his parents, Othel Darrell Freeman and Ruby Reed; his brothers, Robert and Jerry; his stepmother Lona; and his stepsiblings, Glenn, Sarah and Betty.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Freeman (Judy); his children, John D. Freeman, Billy Eugene Freeman Jr., Suzanne Borton (Stephen) and Kimberly S. Glover; his grandchildren, Amanda, Nicole, Caitlin and Alexis; his great grandchildren, Hunter, Aiyden, Abrym, Lydia, Cameron and Lennox; his sister Peggy Neher; his nieces, Debbie, Becky and Mishelle; and his nephew Darrell.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Walter and Lewis Funeral and Cremation Center (642 S Main St, Urbana, OH 43078). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Grandview Cemetery (604 N State Rte 560, Urbana, OH 43078).
