She is survived by: her son David L. Chadwell of St. Paris, OH; her granddaughter Jessica L. Chadwell of Athens, OH; and her sister-in-law Sydney (Carol). She is also survived by 1 niece, 2 nephews, 2 great nieces, 6 great nephews, 3 great great nieces, 2 great great nephews.
