She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Hoffman and Pauline Leppert Hoffman; her husband George Uhlenbrock; her sister Dorothy; her brother-in-law William Dixon; her brothers, Paul Hoffman and Robert Hoffman; her sister-in-law Elizabeth Jane Uhlenbrock; and her son-in-law Ted Staton.
She is survived by: her children, Steve (Cheryl Snyder Uhlenbrock), Carol Staton, Jim (Elizabeth Solt Uhlenbrock) and Bill Uhlenbrock; her grandson Josh Uhlenbrock (Brandie); her children, Paul, Ben Staton, Justin, Matthew Uhlenbrock, Jacob, Nate, Zach, Mareesa, Geneva and Wade Uhlenbrock; her great grandchildren, Hudson and Hallie Uhlenbrock; and her sisters-in-law, Juanita Hoffman and Sue Patton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Caring Kitchen or St. Mary Catholic Church in Betty's honor.
