She is survived by: her children, Michael Horsley (Joanna), Dale Horsley, Carl Horsley, Susan Mintchell, Warren Horsley, Della Hole (Jason), Dwayne and Bonnie Holleron; and her grandchildren, Jodi, Carlita, Eric, Jamie, Thomas, Travis, Kelli, Barbara Sue, Beverly and Christina.
