She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Welsh and Ruth Welsh; and her son-in-law Gary Voisard. She is survived by: her husband Hobart D Roush; her children, Robert Roush (Lora Jean), Rhonda Voisard and Julie Roush; her grandchildren, Curt Roush, Andy Roush (Lauren), Adam Roush and Heather Lee (Rick); and her great grandchildren, Meadow, Mason Perkins, Samantah, Tucker, Cooper and Ellas Roush.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Atkins, Shively & Vernon Funeral Home (216 S Springfield St, St Paris, OH 43072). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
