She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ford and Edna Ford; her husband Robert C. Bell; her son Mitch Frey; her son-in-law Bob Spurgeon; her sisters, Erma and Rachel; and the father of her children Thomas A. Frey.
She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Whitmore; her daughter-in-law Joni Frey; and her grandchildren, Melissa A. Oberg, Jared Frey, Zach Frey (Candace), Taylor Frey, Scott Riley, Jodi Rowland, David Riley and Josh Wright (Maggie). She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Barbara's name to the Clark County Animal Shelter or the Clark County Animal Welfare League.
