Barbara Jean Godwin Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Jean Godwin of Urbana, Ohio, who passed away on October 6, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Mott and Marcella Mott (McLaughlin); her husband Floyd Godwin; and her brother-in-law Craig McConnaughey. She is survived by: her children, Jack (Carla), Dennis, Chris (Debi), Jim (Demaris), Ron (Jennifer), Rob Healy (Cathy), Lisa Wells (Dave), Sandra Jones and Heather Brady (Franco); her daughter-in-law Tammy Healy; her siblings, Joyce McConnaughey, Bill Mott (Fran), Louis Mott (Terri) and Bob Mott (Marge); and her sister-in-law Nora Lee Deere. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer memorial contributions be made to American Cancer Society or Capital City Hospice in Barbara's honor.
