It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Jean Chess (Urbana, Ohio), born in Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on January 19, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Loren Bostick and Thelma Bostick (Ballentine); her daughter Lorena Michelle "Renie" Campbell; and her brother Eugene Bostick (Helen). She is survived by: her husband James R. Chess; her children, Kendra McClung (Kurt), Kyle Chess (Kristy), Chris Campbell and Stacy Miller; her grandchildren, Erin Chess, Conner Kuhn, Rebecca Chess, Lauren Chess, Shelby Campbell and Mikala McClung; her siblings, Jerry Chappell (Christine) and Dorothy Lueloff; and her close friends, Elke and Keven Huang. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
