She was predeceased by: her parents, Erwin Wiesner and Kaete Wiesner (Emma); her husband Jarold E. Skeen; and her son Marion E. Shafer. She is survived by: her children, Andrea Vaughan (Tom), Russell Shafer Jr. (Bobbette) and Monica Thomas (Matthew); her brother Klaus Wiesner (Renate); and her grandchildren, Kelsy Vaughan, Thomas Vaughan (Chelsea), Britny Kennard (Rob), Devin Shafer, Austin Minchew (Jodie), Rylan Shafer, Nathan Shafer, Savannah Vaughan, Kolton Thomas, Taylor Holsonback (Dillon) and Emelia Thomas. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
