It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna Lee Hayden (Urbana, Ohio), born in Springfield, Ohio, who passed away on October 5, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Victor and Eloise Colvin (Garrett); her husband Donald Ray Hayden; her son-in-law Joseph Lynn Spitzer; and her siblings, John Victor Jr., Robert Garrett, Kenneth Lynn Colvin and Norma Adeline Smouse.

She is survived by: her daughter Carol Anne Spitzer of Urbana; her grandchildren, Matt Kenton and Pete Kenton; her great grandchildren, Jordan Kenton, Joshua Kenton and Nicolette Kenton; her sister Mary Elizabeth Klein (Dick) of Tipton, IN; her siblings-in-law, Nancy Colvin of Waynesville, OH and John Smouse of Hilliard, OH; and her friends, Jamie McGuffey and Amy McGuffey. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the First Christian Church of Urbana, 113 Orange St, Urbana, OH 43078 or the Shriner's Hospital, 2900 Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607.
