She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Feathers and Gladys Feathers (Thompson); her siblings, Patsy Ruth Pfaff, Carolyn Feathers and Aaron Leroy Feathers; her sister-in-law Sandy Feathers; and her nephew David Feathers.
She is survived by: her husband Robert E. Neer; her children, Recinda Bowshier (Mike), Shelly Adams (Brian King) and Hunter Neer; and her siblings, Robert Feathers (JoAnn), Ted Feathers (Lisa), Margaret Bailey (Melvin) and Lois Smith. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
