It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allene Adkins of Urbana, Ohio, born in Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on August 16, 2023, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Sparks and Anna Sparks (Martin). She is survived by: her daughter Patty Bellamy (Ken); her grandchildren, Missy King (KC) and Debby Bailey (Adam); her great grandchild Cathy Matheny (Dennis); and also, Sam, Karen Blackwell (Holden), Ally, Mason, Evie, Brian and Chris Matheny (Meredith Rosier).
