He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John C. Leeper and Fannie E. Leeper (Cowan); his children, John Leeper (Shelia), Thomas Leeper (Dan), Elizabeth Rohrer (James) and Judith Neely; and his sister Aurelia McGirr. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
