He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Leland and Eva Marie Ramsey (Notestine); and his siblings, David Ramsey and Janet Ramsey. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Ramsey (Smith) of Upper Sandusky; his children, Bryan Ramsey of Texas and Renee Snyder (Jason) of Findlay; his stepchildren, Brian Perrine of Tiffin, Dawn Hoeig (Christopher) of Tiffin and Jennifer Clouse (Charles) of Tiffin; his brother Joseph Ramsey of Findlay; and also Pamala Reidling. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 24 great grandchildren.
