He is survived by: his children, William (Rebecca), Terri Frey (Rudy), Mark (Belinda), Robert Swartz and Christopher Swartz (Tina); his grandchildren, Alexis (Michael) of Upper Sandusky, Ethan Frey of Upper Sandusky, Brooke Luikart (Hunter) of Upper Sandusky, Kendra Swartz of Upper Sandusky, Robert Swartz (Ashley) of Upper Sandusky, Christopher Swartz of Upper Sandusky and Zachary Lambrite; his great grandchildren, Knox, Nash Hebel and Harlow Swartz; and his brother Daniel Lambrite.
