It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Leightey of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, who passed away on June 19, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Flavius Augustus and Jenni Marie Leightey (Stoneburner); his son David Leightey (Susan Black); and his brother Howard Leightey. He is survived by: his children, Drucilla Rowe, Daniel Leightey (Jerry Greene), Dean Leightey, Douglas Leightey (Penny Himes), Devon Leightey (Laura Wieging), Tina Patrick (Tom), Chris Leightey (Hope Armstrong), Matt Leightey (Meredith Burroughs), Dayna Pahl (Norm) and Davius Reichelderfer (Jeff).

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to The Wyandot Co. 4-H Horse Committee in care of Bringman Clark Funeral Home 226 E. Wyandot Ave. Upper Sandusky, OH 43351.
