He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Cheryl Durbin. He is survived by: his parents, John Quillen (Beverly) of New Philadelphia and Georgia Quillen of Gnadenhutten, Ohio.; his children, Hunter, Alyson, Ian Quillen, Jake, Alex and Mallory Wheeler; his granddaughter Blaire Quillen; his siblings, Travis Quillen of Mansfield and Tracie Beckett (David) of Newcomerstown; his father-in-law David Durbin; and his siblings-in-law, Steve Durbin (Kari) and Karen Schaffner (Scott). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
