He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester R. Andrews and Rosemary Andrews (White); his son Christopher Andrews; his sister Doris Melton; and his siblings-in-law, Pat Feeley, Ron Linford and Donna Andrews.
He is survived by: his wife Carlene Heath; his children, Jason Andrews of Mississippi, Lewis Decker of Sacramento, CA, Kimber Anaya (Mark) of Sacramento, CA and Rob Combs of Upper Sandusky; his siblings, Anne Feeley of Upper Sandusky, Jeannie Linford of Loudon, TN and Jack Andrews; and his brother-in-law Jim Melton. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
