He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Trula Staten-Surgeon; his daughters, Brittany Baer (Zackery) of Marion, Hannah Gale (James) of Marion, Alyson Staten of Marion and Kaichon Staten of Marion; his grandchildren, Draiman, Collin, Kaylei, Aiden, Andromeda, Cordilia, Adrianna, Ava, Maddox and Morty; his former wife Jennifer Staten of Marion; his siblings, Noman Surgeon (Teresa) of Sebring, FL and Arica Hans (Mike); his father-in-law Jerry Saylor; his sister-in-law Rachael Jordan; and his pets, Tim and Rebel.
