He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Henige and Kathryn Henige (Lucas). He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Henige of Plano and Craig Henige of Baltimore, Maryland; his sisters, Mary Kathryn Ferris of Columbus and Francis Jacoby of Hamilton, Ohio.; his wife Linda Henige; and his sister Martha Thomas.
