He was predeceased by: his parents, Murrell C. Evans and Virginia Ann Kline; and his adoptive father William T. Kline. He is survived by: his sons, Daniel Lee Evans of Marion and Stephen J. P. Evans of Marion; his adoptive daughter Rachel of Upper Sandusky; and his brothers, Dennis Kline of North Carolina, Clifford Evans of Marion and Mark Hall of Zanesville.
