She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thornton Jr. Cooper-Billock and Betty Cooper-Billock (Shaw); her husband Jack Bayes; her children, Randy Parks (Sara Lima-Sanchez) of Upper Sandusky and Becky Parks-Adkins (Jeff) of Upper Sandusky; her grandchildren, Devin Manns (Britnee Sewell), Derrick Gault (Mandy), Jacob Hill, Hannah Adkins, Tabitha Adkins, Austin Hall (Chelsay), Dalton Parks, Dylan Parks, Alexis Reeves, Estefani Lima-Sanchez and Rosa Lima-Sanchez; her great grandchildren, Adalie, Caiden Gault, Owen Manns, Liberty and Remington Hall; and her siblings, Dennis Cooper of Upper Sandusky, Ruth Miller of Wharton and Joseph E. Billock.
