He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank R. Moser and Doris E. Moser (Swerline); his son-in-law Steven Morris; his parents-in-law, Donald and Ella Leatherman (Dunn); and his siblings, Robert, Frank Jr., Dorothy Shuck, Betty Smith and Elaine Meyer.
He is survived by: his wife Martha E. Leatherman; his children, Michael E. Moser (Krista) of Milan, Matthew E. Moser (Angela) of Upper Sandusky and Rhonda C. Morris of Marion; his grandchildren, Kaley Moser, Dena Moser, Private Nicholas Schilling, River Moser, Joshua Moser (Lacey), Allison Lonsway (Bryce), Arianna Moser, Aubri Moser, Lauren Moser, Gabriel Moser, Benjamin Morris, Henry Morris and Lucas Morris; and his great grandchildren, Aiden Frost and Everly Moser.
