She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Smith and Esther Smith (Bradford); her husband Marcus E. Thiel; her son-in-law Dennis Krock; and her siblings, Marylou Gamber, Shirley Swanberg, Joy Stager and Yvonne Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Tina Thiel-Krock of Upper Sandusky, Matthew Thiel (Brenda) of Upper Sandusky, John Thiel of Upper Sandusky and Steven Thiel (Donna) of Findlay; her grandchildren, Joshua Thiel (Kristi), Jacob Thiel (Kerri), Rachel Beitler (Ted), Marcus Thiel, Curtis Thiel (Carrie), Emily Warner (Cam) and Benjamin Thiel (Sarah); her great grandchildren, Grady, Savannah Thiel, Nash, Ellie Thiel, Theo, Maggie Mae Beitler, Zoey, Olivia Thiel, Grace, Joseph, Gabriel, Daniel Warner, Emery, Isaiah and Jack Thiel; and her siblings, Evelyn Swanberg (John) of Virginia Beach, Charlie Smith (Vicki) of Carey, Dave Smith (Pat) of Upper Sandusky, LaFern Feuerstein (Mike) of Marion, LaVern Idgunji (Niru) of Wilkes-Barre, Laurie Wagner (Justin) of Upper Sandusky and Dan Smith (Ruth) of Upper Sandusky.
