He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew L. Noggle and Ethel Erma Noggle (Mayer); his wife Betty Lou Johns; his daughter Erma; and his brother Leroy.
He is survived by: his children, Bonnie Carpenter (Mike) of Bucyrus, Crystal Cole (Tony) of Upper Sandusky, Donnie, Ronnie and Lonnie Noggle of Bucyrus; and his brothers, George Noggle of Bucyrus and Vernon Noggle of Westerville. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
