He is survived by: his father Dean Jacob; his wife Stephanie Ann Roys; his siblings, Jeff Jacob (Alison) of Lockbourne, Traci Zeimer (Dan) of Ashville, Trudi Crabtree (Eric) of Circleville and Teri Roese (Shane) of Ashville; his parents-in-law, Angela and Verne Roys; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley (John) and Anthony (Michelle) of Indiana.
