He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray G. Hurst and Carlon Hurst (Stone); his siblings, Kenneth, Glenn, Lynn Hurst and Rebecca Smith; and his brother-in-law Tom Cole.
He is survived by: his wife Sabrina Shulaw; his children, Christopher Hurst (MiKayla) of Upper Sandusky, Ally Hurst of Nevada and Randy Hurst of Nevada; and his siblings, Tony Stapleton (Kim) of Blanchester, Patricia Stone of Bucyrus, Lynda Cole (Doug) of Bucyrus, Mike Hurst of Nevada, Ginny Cole of Nevada, Tim Hurst of Bucyrus, Missy King (Shawn Green) of Bucyrus, Rodney Hurst of Nevada, Tina Hurst (Justin) of Delaware and Lacey Massey of Nevada.
