Messmer of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, born in Marion, Ohio, who passed away on August 4, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Bender and Bernice Bender (Frost); her husband Harold E. Messmer; and her siblings, Howard Jones, James Bender and Nancy Kiser.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Messmer (Candy) of Upper Sandusky and Todd Messmer (Michelle) of Bucyrus; her granddaughter Hannah Messmer of Bucyrus; and her siblings, Richard Bender of Delaware and Jane Meadows of Texas.
