She was predeceased by: her parents, Allie E. Scott and Esther Scott Sr. (Means); and her siblings, Allie Scott Jr. and Juanita James. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Gelbaugh (Ken) and Douglas Elgin (Missy Moore); her grandchildren, Scott Gelbaugh (Tanielle), Carey, Gwen Adams (Keith), Kimberly Scoby (Garrett Lindner) of Upper Sandusky, JC, Marshall Elgin, Shelby and Stephany Elgin (Albert Butler); and her great grandchildren, Alex, Luke, Brooke Gelbaugh, Carey, Hayden, Evan Adams, Emillie and John Scoby.
