She was predeceased by: her parents, James Cusick and Dianna Cusick (Rhoden); and her daughter Lainey. She is survived by: her children, Lynsey Dennis (Robert) of Upper Sandusky, Luke Shoemaker (Amanda) of Upper Sandusky and Ivy Shoemaker (Sam) of Upper Sandusky; her grandchildren, Alexander Hill, Ashlyn Dennis, RJ Dennis, Kynsey Dennis, Rilyn Shoemaker and Alahni Shoemaker; her great grandchildren, Amelia and Amara Hill; her grandchild Zodi; her sister Jo Ellen Simonsen (Lyle Gatchel); her nephew Jack Gatchel of Nevada; and her brother Luke.
