She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester A. Mercer and Etta Hazel Mercer (Bosley); and her husband Carl E. Freshour. She is survived by: her son Randy W. Freshour (Sandra). She is also survived by 3 step-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
