He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Schmidt (Bill) and Janis I Schmidt (Herbert). He is survived by: his brother Randy (Tami); his niece Heidi Obenour (Chad); his great-niece Kayler Shaw; his great-nephew Garrett Shaw; his nephew Joshua (Stephanie); his great-niece Alivia; his great-nephew Alex; and his close friend Davron Alimov.
Lon was a member of St. Paul Lutheran church, where he would like his memorial donations to be made in care of Bringman Clark Funeral Home 226 E. Wyandot Ave. Upper Sandusky, OH 43351.
