Leonard A. Ness Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leonard A. Ness of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, born in Galion, Ohio, who passed away on September 2, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Albert and Verta Leone Ness (May); his wife Marilyn Ness (Sipes); and his sisters, Gwendolyn Stokes and Pearl Jones.

He is survived by: his daughters, Lynn Newcome (Jerry) of Mt. Vernon, Connie Clark of Galion and Jennifer Lugo of Galion; his grandchildren, Nicholas Newcome (Jessica), Andrea Samples (Timothy), Krista Clark, Casey Clark, Daniel Clark, Shelby Clark, Joseph Lugo, Janet Lugo (Austin Heydinger) and Jacalin Lugo; his great grandchildren, Garrett, Rachel, Xander, Naomi, Alexis Mae and Karmen; his brother Melvin Ness; his brother-in-law Jim Sipes (Caroline); his nephews, Jim Stokes, Timothy Stokes, Chris Sipes and Doug Sipes; and his niece Susan Petrin. He is also survived by his daughters, grandchildren, family and friends.
