He was predeceased by: his parents, Maximilan W. Stark and Florence I. Stark (Vent); his former wife Donna Stark (Orians); and his sister Janice M. Stark. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Smalley Stark of Upper Sandusky; his children, Brad Stark (Angie) of Marion, Jevon Smalley (Kathy Collins) of Upper Sandusky and Stefani Mittermaier (Greg) of Wharton; his grandchildren, Brayden Stark, Kaycie Stark, Jaret Mittermaier (Tiffany), Carson Mittermaier, Jaya Smalley, Jadyn Smalley, Jackson Smalley, Maya Collins, Ethan Collins and Madelyn Collins; his great grandchild Hailey Mittermaier; and his siblings, Donald Stark (Janice) of Upper Sandusky and Kathleen Gibler (John) of Oakwood, OH..
