She was predeceased by: her parents, Hibbert Gottfried and Goldie Gottfried (McFarland); her husband Richard A. Thiel; her daughters, Connie Spitler and Christina Johnson; her son-in-law Steve Spitler; her grandson-in-law Jeremy Lehnhart (Maury Logsdon); and her siblings, Phillip, Roger, Richard and Mary Ann.
She is survived by: her sons, Bob Thiel (Bonnie) of Upper Sandusky and Larry Thiel (Debbie) of Upper Sandusky; her son-in-law Kip Johnson; her grandchildren, Mike Thiel (Heather), Robb Thiel, Emily Thiel, Abby Thiel, Alec Thiel, Jeremy Spitler (Madi), Jocelyn Lehnhart, Cole Johnson (Kara), Kalene Johnson and Anna Johnson; and her great grandchildren, Hadley, Lanie, Charolotte, Nola, Jaidyn, Danzig, Benton, Jared, Jakob, Jenna, Harley, Tori, Cali Mae and Kendall.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Hospice of Wyandot Memorial or St. Peter's School and can be sent to Lucas-Batton, 476 S. Sandusky Ave. Upper Sandusky, OH 43351.
