She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Smith and Alice Smith (Messmer); her siblings, Robert Allen Smith, Mary Kear and Carol Sue Smith; and her brothers-in-law, Russ Kear and Bob Caldwell.
She is survived by: her son Jason Devine (Erica) of Commercial Point; her grandchildren, Tanner and Quinn; and her siblings, Phyllis Caldwell of Upper Sandusky and Fritz Smith (Sue) of Tiffin. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
