Parsell of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, born in Marion, Ohio, who passed away on March 2, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John V. Parsell and Henrietta Parsell (Soule); his brother Mark Parsell; and his brother-in-law Jim Dunbar. He is survived by: his wife Jo Parsell (Lynch); his sons, Jeffrey Parsell (Amy) of Marengo and Chris Parsell (Katrina) of Marion; his daughter-in-law Kimberlee Jump; his grandchildren, Liam Parsell (Hannah), Emma Parsell, Raegan Parsell, Kit Parsell, Winn Parsell, Nahdya Faison and Micah Faison; his sisters, Marsha DeGoode-Dunbar of Tiffin, Elaine Woodrum (Mark) of Prospect and Jane McPherson (Steven) of Morral; and his sister-in-law Hellowee Parsell of Upper Sandusky.
