John F. Spitler Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John F. Spitler of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, who passed away on February 7, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As John departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved John. Though John may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob G. Spitler and Marilyn Spitler (Courtad). He is survived by: his sons, Lee Spitler (Tracy) and Bob Spitler (Dawn); his stepchildren, Nanette "Sissy" (Kurt) and Ryan (Cheryl); and his sisters, Janis Robinson of Upper Sandusky and Jill Rall of Upper Sandusky. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Old Mission Cemetery (13623 Co Hwy 119, Upper Sandusky, OH 43351).
