With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacob David Ralph of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, born in Findlay, Ohio, who passed away on January 1, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Brett Ralph and Anna Ralph (Niederkohr); his sister Hadley Ralph; his grandparents, Marlene Niederkohr of Upper Sandusky, Julie Niederkohr of Upper Sandusky, John David Ralph of Harpster, Cheri and Ben Logan of Harpster; and his aunts and uncles, Beau (Marnie Hahn), Kathryn (Jeremy Lowe), Emily Niederkohr (Charlie Davis), Brian (Mollie Hahn), Courtney (Matt Frombaugh) and Kaitlin (Mark Von Kaenel). He was also cherished by many great uncles, aunts, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Trinity Evangelical United Methodist Church Youth Ministry, or the Research Institute of Nationwide Children's Hospital, or the Sycamore EMS, and can be sent to Lucas-Batton Funeral Home, 476 S. Sandusky Ave. Upper Sandusky, Ohio, 43351.
