He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold L. Foos and Emma G. Foos (Joy); his grandson Nathan Ison; and his sister Ellen Young. He is survived by: his wife Tracy L. Foos (Jeffrey); his children, Angela Foos of Morral, Benjamin Foos (Rhonda) of McCutchenville, Michelle Cook (Jason) of Tiffin, Danelle Austin (Michael) of Marion and Marisa Jeffrey (Ben Manley) of Marion; his grandchildren, Robert Ison (Chelsea), Haley Scenters (Mike), Austin Ruiz, Emily Ison, Cheyenne Lopez, Mexico, Dalton Foos, Brittany Foos (Martin Baxter), Rikki Cook (Owen Diesch), Ayden Fox, Michael Austin, Tyler Austin, Andy Cummings, Jax Manley and Creek Manley; and his great grandchildren, Audra Scenters, Kelsie Scenters, Christian Lopez and Mexico. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
