He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Ross Sr. and Daisy Ross (Paul); his former wife Anna Mae; his daughter Darlene Bailey; his son-in-law Theodore Tarnowski; his granddaughters, Jennifer Wertman Collier and Jamie Marie Bailey; and his siblings, Betty and James.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Wertman (Mark) of Newport, TN, Denise Tarnowski of Revenna, OH, Deanna Bailey (Ronald) of Akron, OH and Frank Ross III of Ravenna, OH; his stepchildren, Robert Myers (Chris) of Nevada, OH, Debra Simmons (Bill) of Upper Sandusky, OH, Kevin Myers (Lynn) of Upper Sandusky, OH and Roger Myers (Tracie) of Upper Sandusky, OH; his sister MaryAnn Allison; and his wife Phyllis. He is also survived by 29 grandchildren and 36 great grandchildren.
