It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene W Frey of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, born in Wyandot, Ohio, who passed away on February 9, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Albert Frey; his grandson Dillon Frey; and his siblings, Willis "Willie" Frey, Richard "Dick" Frey, Mary Ellen White, Millie E. Hartle and Margie Bumb.

He is survived by: his spouse Jean Ann Frisch; his children, Connie Boyd (Mark) of Tennessee, Jackie Heyman (Roger) of Forest, Alan Frey (Nancy) of Arlington, Joyce Rickle (Dwight) of Findlay, Stanley Frey (Kelly) of Upper Sandusky and Kevin Frey (Elizabeth) of Solon; his brother James Frey of Westerville; and his siblings-in-law, Ruth Ann Frey, Martha Frey and D. Terry Hartle. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 6 step grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and 1 step great grandchild.
