She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Keith and Margo Caldwell (King); her husband Eugene Swihart; her daughter Diane Swihart; her granddaughter Melanie Swihart; and her half-brothers, Gary and Ted Caldwell.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Swihart of Upper Sandusky and Debra "Debbie" Swihart of Findlay; her grandchildren, Brandon Swihart (Felicia) of McCutchenville and Emma Swihart of Delaware; her great grandchild Adison Swihart; and her daughter-in-law Marsha Swihart of Upper Sandusky. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
