She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Mulvain and Freida Mulvain (Benner); her husband Harold "Tony" Voorhees; and her pet Abby. She is survived by: her sons, Bryan Voorhees (DeAnna) of Upper Sandusky, Jerod Voorhees (Darla) of Upper Sandusky and Joseph Voorhees (Jill) of Youngstown; her grandchildren, Hope, Quinten, Kayla, Blayne, Chloe, Hannah and Jake; her stepgrandchildren, Jim and Magdaline; her great grandchildren, Abigail, Azlynn and Amara; her brothers, Dan Mulvain (Cheryl) of Carey, Davey Mulvain (Nona) of Bucyrus and Dean Mulvaine (Tammy) of Upper Sandusky; and her friend Jeff Walter of Upper Sandusky.
