He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Kramer and Marie Kramer (Ballentine); his son Kevin Kramer; and his siblings, Ronald Kramer and Pamela Bockey.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Adelsperger; his son Dwight Kramer of Sycamore; his grandsons, Andrew Kramer (Rebecca) and Cory Kramer (Paige); his great grandchildren, Adisyn and Anna Kramer; and his daughter-in-law Shannonleah Kramer of Upper Sandusky.
