He was predeceased by: his mother Mabel Marie Hart (Finley); his wife Linda Russell; and his siblings, Michael, Daniel Hart and Lavonda Hart.
He is survived by: his children, Derrick Williams of Upper Sandusky, Shannon Williams (Cynthia) of Michigan and Courtney Ross (Matthew) of Chicago; his grandchildren, Destini Williams, Skyler, Adrionna Williams, Deakon Davis, Oliver Ross and Norman Ross; and his siblings, Timothy Hart (Jodi), Barb Jones, Carol Hoagland (Russ) and Diana Beekman (Roger).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home (476 S Sandusky Ave, Upper Sandusky, OH 43351). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
