With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Billy Dean Nelson of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Nelson and Sevilla Nelson; his son-in-law Todd Heil; and his siblings, Bob, Dick, Francis and Mary Jo.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Nelson (Patty), Gary Nelson (Barb), Melanie Radabaugh (Jeff) and Heather Heil; and his sisters, Bonnie Durkin and Elgene Niswander. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren.
