He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Justice and Josephine Justice (Wilburn); his spouse Francis JoAnne Wyss; and his stepson Jeff Rowe. He is survived by: his stepdaughter Vickie Cook; and his siblings, Junior Justice (Linda Yeater), Delbert Justice, Kenton and Marilyn Critchet.
