He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bohannan and Elizabeth Bohannan; and his wife Mary Jeanne Barricklow Bohannan. He is survived by: his children, William Fearn Bohannan, Jr and Christine Scott Bohannan; his grandson Walker Jones Bohannan; his friend Teresamae Faricy; and his brother Bob.
