It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Carroll (Upper Arlington, Ohio), born in Vicco, Kentucky, who passed away on September 19, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Carroll. He is survived by: his parent Edna Carroll; his wife Constance Carroll; his daughter Monica Carroll (Megan Chawansky); and his siblings, Rhonda Schmidt, James Carroll, Eunice Ballard, Barbie Carroll, Linda Carroll, Becky Roush, Donna Pickens, Lura Counts, Ruby King Middleport and Teresa Bussa.
